Project Summary
Kristin Kauke, owner of Wellness Within of Fox Valley, had experienced being in Himalyan Salt Rooms and wanted to bring that same calming feeling into her clinical social work/therapist office. After discussing her needs and space, I designed a salt panel light box to put in her waiting room. Her client’s love the peacefulness of the light.

Construction Details
Wellness Within’s Himalayan Salt Panel light box was custom-designed to hand on the wall. It was constructed using over 34 1/2 bricks. Himalayan salt bricks imported from Pakistan’s Himalayan Mountains. The frames was built to contain the nominal 5lb. 4”x8”x1'‘ bricks and stained to the customer’s preference.
I used the 3000 kelvin lighting (warm light) that I use in most of our installs to illuminate the salt evenly to provide for maximum health benefits. Plug in.
The salt panel light box can be removed and taken to another location if desired.
